Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, credentials, and materials required to complete the project.
Project delays caused by missing information or client feedback may affect delivery timelines.
Reasonable revisions related to the original project scope are included where agreed.
Additional features or changes outside the agreed scope may require additional charges.
The client agrees to:
Upon full payment, ownership of the final project is transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
WP Praxis reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless confidentiality has been agreed upon.
WP Praxis shall not be liable for:
While we follow industry best practices, no website can be guaranteed to be completely secure against all cyber threats.
Clients are encouraged to maintain backups and security measures.
Either party may terminate a project with written notice.
Any completed work and outstanding payments up to the termination date remain payable.

WP Praxis নিম্নলিখিত সেবা প্রদান করে:
প্রজেক্ট সম্পন্ন করার জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য, কনটেন্ট, ছবি, লগইন তথ্য ও অন্যান্য উপকরণ সময়মতো প্রদান করা ক্লায়েন্টের দায়িত্ব।
ক্লায়েন্টের কারণে বিলম্ব হলে ডেলিভারি সময়ও পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
চুক্তিকৃত কাজের আওতায় যুক্তিসঙ্গত সংশোধন করা হবে।
চুক্তির বাইরে অতিরিক্ত ফিচার বা পরিবর্তনের জন্য অতিরিক্ত চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।
ক্লায়েন্টকে:
সম্পূর্ণ পেমেন্টের পর প্রজেক্টের মালিকানা ক্লায়েন্টের কাছে হস্তান্তর করা হবে।
তবে গোপনীয়তার চুক্তি না থাকলে WP Praxis সম্পন্নকৃত কাজ নিজেদের পোর্টফোলিওতে প্রদর্শনের অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।
WP Praxis নিম্নলিখিত বিষয়ে দায়ী থাকবে না:
আমরা সর্বোচ্চ নিরাপত্তা নিশ্চিত করার চেষ্টা করি, তবে কোনো ওয়েবসাইটকে শতভাগ নিরাপদ বলা যায় না।
ক্লায়েন্টকে নিয়মিত ব্যাকআপ ও নিরাপত্তা ব্যবস্থা বজায় রাখার পরামর্শ দেওয়া হয়।
ক্লায়েন্ট অথবা WP Praxis লিখিত নোটিশের মাধ্যমে প্রজেক্ট বাতিল করতে পারে।
বাতিলের পূর্ব পর্যন্ত সম্পন্নকৃত কাজ ও বকেয়া অর্থ পরিশোধ করতে হবে।
WP Praxis প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী এই Terms & Conditions পরিবর্তন করতে পারে এবং পরিবর্তিত সংস্করণ ওয়েবসাইটে প্রকাশ করা হবে।
